About Us.

Ryan has been a real estate agent for 9 years and Jackie for 7. They gut renovated their current home in Manayunk in 2019. Avid “house hackers,” the pair converted their single family row home into a duplex that pays their mortgage and then some. With their two girls, Lily June and Nora Mae, they consider themselves a “real estate family”. Jackie says that as soon as the girls can read they will be posted up on laptop, scouring the MLS for deals.

Both are licensed in New York and Pennsylvania but their days are immersed in Philadelphia real estate. Ryan comes from a background in event and project management and spent the better part of 2019 working with an investor and builder, honing his skills in market valuation, project analysis, construction and contract negotiation.

Jackie came to real estate from the digital creative + marketing world as a project manager and currently moonlights as a designer. Ask to see her most recent projects.
